Northware SA de CV is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and maintain production-grade Windows applications using C#, WPF, and .NET. You will contribute to architecture, define interfaces, and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable software across the platform.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, debugging complex production issues, and advancing engineering quality through automated tests, code reviews, and secure practices.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in C#, WPF, and .NET.
• Direct experience building Windows deployment software.
• Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting network services (DHCP, PXE, proxies, CDNs).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, OO design, APIs, and data access.
• Proven ability to take complex features from requirements through production support.
• Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing, and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Designing, building, testing, and maintaining production software for the product using C#, WPF, and .NET, with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Technical design and architecture contributions, including evaluating tradeoffs, defining interfaces, and documenting decisions.
• End-to-end delivery of meaningful product capabilities from refinement through implementation and post-release learning.
• Diagnosis and resolution of complex defects and production issues across application code, services, data flows, and Windows endpoints.
• Engineering quality through clear, testable code, thoughtful reviews, automated test coverage, observability, and secure development practices.
• Mentorship and collaboration to raise team effectiveness and sound implementation decisions.
• Practical use of AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows to boost speed while protecting code quality.
