QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA is seeking a Product Development and Test Engineer to validate design iterations and enable high-volume production for 5G IPs. You will collaborate with IC Design, Software, Systems and Operations to ensure manufacturability and robust test solutions.

You will operate ATE equipment, validate new product functionality, and develop HW/SW test strategies while characterizing performance across corners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or EE with 2+ years hardware experience.
• Masters or PhD preferred with related field expertise.
• Experience in SOC, SOC compute, data center, mobile or automotive contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated test equipment (ATE) to validate new product functionality.
• Debug and test HW/SW; develop test strategies and tools.
• Characterize across corner conditions and support mass production testing.
