QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA seeks a Digital Test Engineer to design test solutions for silicon validation and manufacturing enablement of Qualcomm SOC products, with growth paths in IP, DFT/DFM, and AI/ML-driven test development. You will collaborate across teams on 2.5D/3D IC testing and photonic devices, focusing on test optimization and robust validation.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Optics/Photonics or related field.
• Knowledge of Python, Java, and Linux.
• Experience with common test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers).
• Knowledge of signal integrity and transmission line theory.

Responsabilidades

• Create test solutions for silicon validation and manufacturing enablement.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and silicon characterization.
• Collaborate with packaging teams on 2.5D/3D IC testing and photonic devices.
