Job summary

Crowe México is seeking a Senior Security Systems Administrator to lead Windows and Linux security tooling, agent deployment, and coverage across enterprise systems. You will work with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to harden configurations and automate routines.

You should bring 5+ years in production systems administration, strong scripting skills, and practical experience with security platforms and vulnerability management. Remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration experience in Windows Server and Linux/Unix in production
• Strong troubleshooting across OS networks firewalls and proxies
• Experience with patching/configuration management tools (SCCM/Intune Ansible Satellite)
• Scripting in Python Bash or PowerShell; willingness to automate repetitive tasks
• Understanding of security tooling (EDR DLP PAM logs) and incident response
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) and virtualization
• Exposure to REST APIs and data work in Python or SQL
• Interest in cybersecurity and security engineering
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Deploy upgrade and maintain security agents and sensors across Windows and Linux environments
• Monitor agent health and identify missing/outdated tools or reporting gaps
• Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and endpoint teams to cover security gaps from day one
• Maintain configuration standards policies and exclusions for security tools
• Support enterprise security deployment using automation and AI-assisted tooling
