CRH Talento en IT is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant (Sysadmin with Networking) in Polanco, CDMX, offering a hybrid work model (3x2) and a monthly pay of 38,000 MXN. This direct-hire position focuses on securing IT infrastructure and managing systems.

You will manage IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux, administer databases and applications, and implement TCP/IP-focused security measures to ensure uptime and support migrations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of infrastructure experience with Windows, Linux, databases, and applications.
• Understanding of TCP/IP protocols for network security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Infrastructure expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, databases, and applications (priority).
• Network security: Understanding of TCP/IP protocols for network security (secondary).

Key Responsabilities:

• The role involves managing IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments, administering databases and applications, ensuring system stability and performance, and supporting upgrades or migrations. The candidate will also implement and maintain network security protocols with emphasis on TCP/IP, monitor system availability to minimize downtime, document procedures for compliance, and collaborate cross‑functional teams to provide technical support and guidance.
