EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an IAM Engineering Manager to lead the migration of workforce identity from Okta Workforce Identity to Microsoft Entra ID across a large portfolio.

You will define architecture, patterns, and standards, and oversee SAML and OpenID Connect configurations, federation, and policy parity. You will serve as the technical escalation point, build runbooks and reference architectures, and coordinate with compliance during cutovers, enabling a secure, Zero Trust aligned migration

• 8+ years of hands-on identity engineering experience with production design and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the migration architecture and technical strategy for transitioning identity provider capabilities from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID.
