Bayer is seeking a Senior Security & Authorization Engineer in Mexico City to design and maintain SAP authorization concepts within S/4HANA and SAP BTP. You will lead end-to-end SAP role lifecycles and collaborate across IT Operations to ensure compliant authorization delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SAP security, hands-on with IAS/IPS, IDNOW, Pathlock, and a strong grasp of SoD and GxP requirements. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

8+ years in SAP Security & Authorization, with role design and concept development in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
Experience in regulated (GxP) environments and SoD concepts.
Hands-on with SAP Cloud Identity Services, SailPoint IDNOW, and Pathlock Cloud.
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and best practices.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and maintain authorization concepts and role structures in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
Lead SAP role lifecycles from requirements through build, testing, and maintenance.
Manage user administration processes and authorization procedures.
Collaborate with Security & Authorization team to integrate requirements into programs.
Support compliance activities including security assessments and audits.
