Bayer is seeking an SAP Technical Release & DevOps Expert to support release management for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP across program and run phases in a regulated environment. The role focuses on ABAP/Fiori lifecycles, CI/CD automation, and a robust DevOps toolchain.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, enhance releaseability and compliance, and work with global partners including Rise with SAP. Fluent English and cross-cultural experience are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Release Management, DevOps, or Technical Delivery in regulated environments.
• Hands-on ABAP development, plus understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 lifecycles.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud Transport Management, and SAP ALM/DevOps concepts.
• Practical CI/CD and test automation, including Tricentis Tosca and release automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile/SAFe, and ISTQB quality frameworks.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools in daily workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams; English fluent; Portuguese/German helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Support Release Management for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP across program and run phases.
• Identify release risks and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Operate and improve SAP DevOps toolchain (Solution Manager, gCTS, ALM).
• Contribute to automation across release, change, test, and deployment processes.
• Assist dev teams with ABAP and Fiori/UI5 lifecycle considerations.
• Contribute to release-ready architectures, transport strategies and testability reviews.
• Support post-release reviews and measurable quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Release Managers, System Owners, and external IT Operations partners.
