Softtek in Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP rollout and upgrades leveraging S/4HANA. You will coordinate consultants, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

The role requires 6+ years in project management with SAP ecosystems, familiarity with SAP Activate/AGILE, ALM, private cloud RISE, public cloud GROW, BTP, and APIs. You will mentor teams, optimize delivery, and contribute to monitoring KPIs.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in SAP environments.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations (greenfield, brownfield, upgrades).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate SAP consultants for rollout projects.
• Coordinate with client-side project manager to follow up project duties.
• Participate in steering committee meetings.
• Coordinate with ADM and PxM to start SAP projects.
• Mentor SAP consultants in the assigned specialty.
• Collaborate with project managers/leaders to bring new capabilities and coordinate with capability management to create SAP academies.
• Support staffing, sourcing, and mobility through capability management.
• Perform project reviews with managers to define commitments and improve delivery and gross margin; review KPIs.
• Oversee CMMi levels for projects and drive process improvement.
• Enter and manage financial/project data in internal systems.
• Attend Monthly Business Reviews with PMOs, VPOs and Practice Manager.
• Manage resources, escalations, and mentoring of project leaders.
