Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead OTC enhancements and strategic SAP initiatives.

You will partner with global business and IT teams to align business needs with technology solutions across Order to Cash, focusing on SAP ECC and potential S/4HANA modernization. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects in a global environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years in IT with SAP-based solutions supporting business processes.
Experience with OTC processes in SAP environments (ECC preferred).
Experience collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

Mansioni

Understand needs with global stakeholders and translate into scalable OTC solutions.
Lead enhancements and strategic OTC initiatives in SAP landscape.
Participate in SAP evolution projects, integrations, and standardization.
Collaborate on SAP ECC to S/4HANA transitions and related digital initiatives.
Define functional requirements with technical teams and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
Promote standardization across regions and communicate progress to leadership.
