Job summary

Softtek is seeking a Senior SAP GRC Access Control Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP GRC deployments, design SoD controls, and build cross-module authorization architectures. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver compliant SAP GRC solutions.

Remote from Mexico, you will coordinate with customers, implement GRC rulesets, and ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, and SAP S/4HANA. Strong hands-on experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP GRC (12.0).
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementations.
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA authorization concepts.
• Hands-on with GRC modules ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM.
• SoD, audit, compliance, and risk management experience.
• Designing, maintaining SAP roles and authorizations.
• Creating GRC rulesets aligned with business risks.
• Integrating SAP GRC with ServiceNow, AD/LDAP, S/4HANA.
• Cloud-based identity services and user provisioning workflows.
• SAP Fiori Security and SAP BTP/HANA knowledge.
• SAP Activate methodology and Best Practices.
• Defining SAP Security architectures.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC (12.0).
• Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control implementations.
• Experience, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA authorization concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM,, BRM.
• Experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and supporting SAP roles and authorizations.
• Experience creating and maintaining GRC rulesets aligned with business risks and SoD requirements.
• Experience integrating SAP GRC with: ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP Directory Services, SAP S/4HANA
• Cloud-based identity services
• Experience with user provisioning, workflow approvals, and access request processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Security, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and role design.
• Experience with SAP BTP.
• Experience with SAP HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.
• Experience defining SAP Security architectures and solution designs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Preferred Certifications (SAP GRC Access Control 12 Certification, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), ServiceNow Certifications.
