RED Global is seeking an ambitious SAP EWM (SCM) consultant to join a global team and influence processes and standards within SAP. The role focuses on owning and managing SAP support activities independently or with the Global SAP Team.

The candidate will handle incidents, coordinate processes, train users, and participate in system implementations across entities and warehouses, while collaborating closely with international SAP Teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years SAP consulting experience in ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Expertise in EWM and other SCM modules.

Responsabilidades

• Managing SAP incidents of 2nd/3rd level support per OLAs/SLAs.
• Participate in resolution of Major Incidents.
• Define and coordinate SAP support processes.
• Communicate with business users and IT; train key users.
• Maintain and enhance SAP processes; implement changes and configurations.
• Work on SAP deployment in new entities/warehouses.
• Coordinate with international SAP Teams.
