Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications and configured components to support client business needs.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions across Salesforce platforms.
• Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation to improve process efficiency.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and data mapping.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects across development, test, and deployment stages.
• Review code and designs to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
• Support release planning, testing, and deployment readiness for Salesforce initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
