LTM Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC & Integrations) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Monterrey, Mexico. Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days per week at client office.

7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is required. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical specs, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications while mentoring

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Integrations.
Service Cloud experience is required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce platform technologies.
Develop and maintain scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Build reusable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce components.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Apply enterprise integration patterns and Salesforce API best practices.
Collaborate with integration and middleware teams to deliver seamless business processes.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
