GeorgiaTEK Systems Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer for a full-time, hybrid role.

You will design, develop and customize Salesforce applications to support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives, following best practices and scalable architecture. The position requires 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, a CS/IT degree, and strong skills in Apex, LWC, Aura, Triggers, SOQL, and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, and Aura.

Salesforce Developer

Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Configure and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Design and develop Salesforce solutions following Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL queries, and Unit Tests.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with middleware platforms and apply enterprise integration and trigger patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Deliver technical presentations and solution demos to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
