Position Summary

Woliba is an AI-powered People Operations and Wellbeing platform that helps organizations create healthier, more engaged, and higher-performing teams. We unify HR, engagement, wellness, and learning tools into one platform — helping companies streamline operations, improve retention, and reduce software costs.

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico City to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong outbound and inbound sales experience with hands-on CRM and automation skills. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, managing qualified leads (MQLs), and supporting marketing and sales operations as we scale.

This is a remote role with opportunities for team travel and events in the U.S. and Latin America.

Objectives
  1. Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads from inbound and outbound campaigns to create consistent sales opportunities for the Account Executive and Leadership teams.
  2. CRM & Automation Management: Maintain, organize, and optimize the Pipedrive CRM to ensure lead accuracy, tagging consistency, and data integrity. Manage nurturing workflows through Brevo and other automation tools to improve conversion rates.
  3. Lead Engagement: Execute personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) to drive engagement and discovery calls with HR, People Ops, and Leadership prospects.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Growth to align messaging, campaigns, and reporting. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  5. Continuous Optimization: Use analytics to identify conversion bottlenecks, test new sequences, and implement data-driven improvements to outreach and nurturing strategies.
Deliverables
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy and hygiene of CRM data and tagging across Pipedrive.
  • Manage and execute email nurturing campaigns for MQLs and guide them to SQLs.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, including campaign insights and lead metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine the lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL handoff process.
  • Support marketing in tracking web visitors and integrating lead data into CRM systems.
Ideal Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Demand Generation, or Growth/Marketing Ops (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Brevo (Sendinblue), or similar CRM and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, nurturing workflows, and CRM data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Data-driven mindset — ability to measure, analyze, and optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule, and collaborating across time zones.
  • Passion for technology, wellbeing, and helping organizations build better workplaces.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary + performance bonuses tied to qualified opportunities.
  • Remote-first flexibility with occasional travel for company meetings or client events.
  • Growth opportunity to transition into Account Executive, Marketing Operations, or RevOps roles.
  • Work with a mission-driven company redefining employee wellbeing through technology and AI.
