CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Risk & Compliance to bolster regional LATAM risk management and compliance efforts. The role collaborates with cross-border stakeholders to strengthen controls and governance, with a focus on fraud prevention and process improvements.

Based in Hybrid Mexico City, the position offers exposure to regional leadership and opportunities to develop a solid career in risk, compliance, and governance within LATAM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3–5+ years of experience in risk, internal audit, internal controls, or compliance.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables and data analysis).
• Experience working in multinational environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with risk owners to apply the risk management framework.
• Manage and maintain the Risk Registers, ensuring risks and controls are monitored and mitigated.
• Collaborate with risk owners to track effectiveness of mitigation measures.
• Monitor performance of KRIs.
• Maintain secure catalogue and storage of risk information with proper classifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve risk management using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Track and report on progress of risk, audit and compliance actions.
• Deliver advisory services, training, and education to stakeholders on risks and controls.
