The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with tools like XCAL and TEMS.

Formación

• 10–15 years of experience in wireless telecommunications and radio network engineering.
• Proven experience in multi-vendor RAN environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve network KPIs including throughput and capacity utilization.
• Conduct troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement solutions.
