Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant I

Reference: 533623. The position will commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and with external partners.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
• For Senior Research Assistant: at least three years of post‑qualification research experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Principal Investigator in implementing a research project focused on dementia intervention and community capacity building.
• Participant recruitment; quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, and analysis.
• Preparation of training materials and presentations.
• Liaison with community partners.
• Report writing and other duties as assigned.

On‑job training related to dementia intervention, data management and analysis will be provided. Experience in social sciences research, statistical software usage, and/or volunteer training will be considered an advantage. Candidates with less experience may be appointed as Research Assistant I.
