Job summary

With 5–10 years in related areas, you will lead external advisors, draft and review contracts, manage licenses, and report to senior management while supporting multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related areas or roles.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support and develop risk-mitigating strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.
• Manage external advisors, optimize costs and quality of services.
• Lead a team to design contracts and handle proceedings.
• Report to senior and corporate management.
• Support internal departments with legal advice to ensure legality of operations.
• Manage licenses, handle requirements, and resolve local and federal proceedings.
• Analyze federal audits and initiate administrative proceedings.
