Mondelēz México is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to lead compliance for North America markets, ensuring labeling, ingredient declarations, and nutrition facts meet FDA and CFIA standards.

You will partner with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Packaging, and Supply Chain to guide product development, review formulations, and manage regulatory documentation across chocolate and confectionery portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR and CFIA/Health Canada regulations.
• Experience reviewing ingredient lists, labels and packaging for compliance.
• Advanced English required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the regulatory strategy for assigned products and regions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Packaging and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliance of formulations, labeling and nutrition information with regulations.
• Review ingredients, labeling, and artwork for regulatory accuracy.
• Maintain regulatory documents and support internal/external audits.
• Utilize SAP for regulatory documentation workflows.
