This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities in financial reporting and coordination with property management companies. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2-5 years of experience in accounting and commercial real estate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Yardi or MRI systems is preferred.

Formación

• 2-5 years of accounting experience required.
• 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly property reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and post journal entities into the financial system.
• Coordinate with property management on reimbursement requests.

Conocimientos

Background in real estate/property management

Advanced level of English

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

Educación

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent

Herramientas

Yardi or MRI system experience
