Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a frontend engineer to help shape advanced home care solutions by transforming the aging experience through technology. You will work on a large platform that connects professional caregivers with older adults and their families, delivering millions of hours of personalized care annually, using React, Next.js, Tailwind and Vercel.

Responsibilities include planning feature estimates, building with React/Next.js, optimizing pages for SEO and Core Web Vitals with a CMS

Qualifications

• Proficient in React and Next.js, the core technologies of the project.
• Experienced with Tailwind for styling and with code hosted on Vercel.
• Experienced with GTM.
• Experienced with a CMS in general.
• Knowledgeable at least at a basic level in SEO and page optimization (Core Web Vitals metrics).
• Experienced in working with AI.
• Valued for initiative

Responsibilities

• Propose how to implement what is needed and estimate roughly how much time it will take, so that feature releases can be planned in advance.
• Build with React and Next.js, style with Tailwind, and ship to Vercel.
• Work with Sanity as the project's CMS.
• Keep pages optimized for SEO and Core Web Vitals, supporting new leads as one of the team's main metrics.
• Use Cursor in daily work and grow together with the team as it builds more processes around AI.
• Propose improvements and take responsibility for the work you deliver — for example, monitoring metrics and logs after a release to make sure everything is fine.
• Look into backend service code when something needs debugging.
