Rockwell Automation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in Monterrey. You will ensure safety, quality, and cost-efficiency while driving KPIs and production targets.

The role requires at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on assembly line expertise. Candidates should be proficient in SAP and MS Office, with the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Proven problem‑solving using Lean Manufacturing tools (A3, Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5S).
• Availability to support rotating shifts.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience in assembly line operations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and oversee production activities to deliver high-quality output and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, yield, downtime, safety incidents, and cost performance to drive decisions.
• Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance for continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning, including hiring requisitions and structured training.
