We’re growing fast and looking for a Quality Engineering Manager who’s ready to lead from the front, shape strategy, and build high-performing teams that deliver world-class software.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll run the day-to-day — from planning and resourcing to mentoring and scaling a talented, diverse QE team.

Design scalable test strategies across functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Be the one setting the bar for quality — and raising it every quarter.

Push an automation-first mindset. Build robust pipelines, fast feedback loops, and smooth release cycles with minimal manual work.

Work side-by-side with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Leadership — making sure quality is baked into every step of the SDLC.

Define, track, and share key quality metrics. Use data to drive continuous improvement and keep stakeholders in the loop.

Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluate new tools, and nurture a culture of learning, experimentation, and process excellence.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years in software quality engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.

Hands-on with tools like Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

You know Agile/Scrum and DevOps inside out.

You’ve built and scaled teams before, led through challenges, and know how to align people around a vision.

Clear communicator, strategic thinker, and solid problem solver — especially under pressure.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with vendors or offshore teams.

You understand KPIs, budgeting, and resource planning. You know how to make data-driven decisions.
