Félix is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead test strategy, design robust automation frameworks, and ensure reliable product releases across UI and API surfaces. This role is hands-on and requires close collaboration with developers to embed quality into every deploy.

You will define test plans, implement automated tests, monitor stability, and advocate QA best practices in a fast-growing environment focused on delivering a transformative remittance experience for Latin immigrant

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as QA Automation Engineer or a developer with testing focus.
• Proven ability to design test plans, develop test cases, and document outcomes for complex features.
• Experience with UI and API test automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress).
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end test case development and execution, covering positive, negative, and edge cases.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure coverage and acceptance criteria are met.
• Improve test plans and strategies to increase release velocity while maintaining quality.
• Monitor test stability, report metrics, and drive improvements across teams.
