Ria Money Transfer, a global payments company, seeks a Quality Assurance Automation Lead to join its IT team in Queretaro, Mexico. You will drive the shift from manual to automated testing and build scalable automation frameworks.

You will select and maintain automation tools (Playwright or equivalent), design regression tests, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional QA/web testing and automation experience.
• Experience scaling test automation in teams with manual testing.
• Good knowledge of QA methodologies, test design, and defect tracking.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills.
• Clear English communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in design discussions, reviews, and test strategy sessions.
• Lead transition from manual to automated testing with scalable solutions.
• Select, configure, and maintain automation tools (Playwright or equivalent).
• Perform risk analysis and recommend automation approaches.
• Design, execute, and maintain regression tests and test data.
• Mentor junior QA team members and report at status meetings.
