Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Manufacturing Transformation to lead the SAP S/4HANA migration from MAPICS at our Mexico City plant. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and IT to ensure a successful deployment on-site.
The role evolves into a broader Manufacturing Transformation leadership position after deployment, guiding digitalization, process optimization, automation, and Industry 4.0
Join our Manufacturing organization as a Senior Project Manager, Manufacturing Transformation, where you will lead one of the most strategic business transformation initiatives for our operations: the migration from our legacy ERP platform (MAPICS) to SAP S/4HANA.
This role is a unique opportunity to drive large-scale digital transformation within a manufacturing environment, leading cross-functional teams through a complex ERP implementation that will shape the future of our operations. The selected candidate will act as the primary project leader, coordinating Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure a successful deployment while maintaining business continuity.
The SAP S/4HANA implementation is expected to be the primary focus during the first two years. After deployment, the position will evolve into a strategic Manufacturing Transformation leadership role, managing high-impact initiatives related to operational excellence, digitalization, productivity improvement, process optimization, automation, and Industry 4.0.
This position is based at our Mexico City Manufacturing Plant (Rojo Gómez) and requires an on-site presence.
This role offers the opportunity to lead one of the most significant transformation projects within our manufacturing operations. You will have direct visibility with senior leadership, influence the future state of our business processes, and play a critical role in modernizing our manufacturing environment through SAP S/4HANA and future operational transformation initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a project leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, manufacturing, and organizational change.
