FORVIA HELLA in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage and execute international projects of medium to high complexity. Your role will include consulting on project-related issues and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in managing significant projects. Fluency in English is essential, and applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Location: TLAQUEPAQUE, JALISCO.

YOUR TASKS

• Managing, executing and steering international projects of medium to high budget, complexity, risk and strategic significance (B projects) with full responsibility in a global context
• Consulting in medium to highly complex international projects plus advice to business units, customers and suppliers on project related issues. Implementing, customizing and integrating all the multi-location resources required to meet customer requirements
• Leading and monitoring of project teams through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas in order to achieve optimum fulfillment and observance of quality, costs and deadlines
• Improving and enhancing the Hella procedures regarding project management field and their implementation in daily tasks

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing international projects with medium to high complexity, budget, and strategic relevance.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in project planning, execution, and control, including defining work packages, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
