Job summary

Dana is a global leader in driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeking an experienced Operations Leader to guide production, maintenance, and support teams at our Nuevo León facility. You will drive strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety while sustaining regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and budgeting, monitor KPIs, and implement lean practices to optimize performance across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
