iKraft Solutions LATAM is seeking a seasoned Production Controller to drive schedule adherence and recovery in a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment. You will own plans from release to ship, lead expediting, and coordinate across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain for programs like 737, 767, and 777X.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in aerospace or high-mix settings, with advanced Excel and strong KPI discipline.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years in aerospace or high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Experience in production control, supervision, schedule recovery, and shop floor leadership.
• Strong knowledge of throughput, constraint analysis, and KPI metrics.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Availability for 1st/2nd shift and overtime as required.
• Mexican or Dual Citizenship.

Mission

Drive schedule adherence and production recovery within a high-complexity aerospace manufacturing environment (Plastics & Composites). This role is accountable for shop floor execution, supplier recovery acceleration, constraint removal, and full plan-to-ship flow control across critical aircraft programs.

Core Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly production schedule adherence
• Execute recovery plans for delinquent work orders
• Lead shop floor expediting and constraint resolution
• Monitor manufacturing flow from release to shipment
• Analyze Comstat and operational KPIs to identify delivery risks
• Validate data integrity across production and supplier reporting
• Escalate risks with mitigation strategies and timeline impact analysis
• Drive accountability across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain
• Support multi-program aerospace manufacturing environments (737 / 767 / 777X)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience)
• 5+ years in aerospace or high-mix manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in:
