About the role

The Design Team at Adela is in high growth mode.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our outstanding team to help us revolutionize the concept of remote work.

Reporting to the Head of Product Design, this new role will focus on building a large-scale, global tool for our match team.

This means you would be involved in every product decision related to UI and UX.

For this role, we need someone who understands what makes a product scalable, usable, and accessible.

You will be an integral part of the team and will drive force to build the best experience for our team members.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality web responsive mock-ups as well as contributing to all aspects of design and execution.

You will set the bar high and will drive others through your proposed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design solutions that meet users and stakeholders expectations
• Communicate efficiently with all teams involved in the project
• Great attention to details
• Translate Wireframes into high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile
• Work closely with the UX team to brainstorm and provide feedback about user flows
• Create any components missing in our library to meet new requirements and needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or user interface
• Experience and understanding of product development process between engineering, product management and product design
• Familiarity with design systems and design tools such as Figma, Sketch
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Miro, Jira
• Great communication at every level with the ability to flex between executives and team members
• Enjoy working on a cross-discipline team of engineers, product managers, project managers, and other designers
• Good understanding of basic front-end
