PepsiCo is seeking a Category Owner for Facilities in Mexico to shape the sourcing strategy and oversee categories like New Construction-Labor, Plants Building Maintenance, Electrical Services, and more.

You will drive a regional transformation, identify white-space subcategories, and ensure regulatory compliance while building processes to meet business objectives. The role requires +4 years in category management and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Strong analytical and financial skills; solid understanding of general business economics, key cost, and quality drivers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in cross-functional teams and influence across a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages for executive-level communication.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for delivering Mexico’s AOP in alignment with procurement category responsibilities.
• Accountable for foster Procurement Mexico transformation agenda.
• Responsible for stakeholder management, SRM development and capable of enabling a competitive vendor list to drive PepsiCo’s productivity through efficiency, technology, and Inno-solutions in the short to mid-term.
• Accountable for developing a local 12-month strategy and responsible for implementing the sourcing strategy for the sector and contributing to the development of the sourcing strategy (applying the 8-step methodology).
• Accountable for understanding key cost drivers within local industries, staying informed and consulted about trends and best practices, and aiding in the development of long-term pricing mechanisms and potential joint-business assessment.
• Accountable and responsible to create a sustainably inflation mitigation mechanism to ensure Net Zero Opex Inflation.
• Lead strengthening governance process (improving visibility on sourcing projects, prioritization, clarity on roles and responsibilities, budgeting, and benefits tracking).
