Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is hiring a Process Technician to support production lines and process development. You will perform dimensional analysis, develop methods of work, troubleshoot, and help plan resources.

This role involves maintenance, calibration, and use of design tools to analyze processes and improve yields. In this position, you will conduct technical tests for process engineering in R&D, set up processing equipment, and mentor line operators.

Qualifications

• Education in electronics technician or related field.
• Experience in mechanical metal, plastics, automotive, or mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of statistics, dimensional analysis, and process optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze data from tests.

Responsibilities

• Support to production lines, dimensional analysis, methods of work, development of Visual Aids, troubleshooting, administration and planning of resources, maintenance, calibrations, design tools, analysis of process.
• Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D; sets up processing equipment and monitors, audits and guides line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
