Valeo is seeking a Process/Manufact Engineering Manager/Director for the Site Process/Manufacturing Engineering group in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. The role oversees industrial technologies, coordinates interfaces with Process Expertise Center, and leads site industrial activities in line with the Master Technology Plan.

Responsibilities include managing industrial teams, driving standardization and process improvements, and participating in technical reviews and project ramp-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Manage industrial technologies across its perimeter
• Coordinate interfaces between site, PG/PL/RO/platform and the Process Expertise Center
• Lead industrial teams (plant, production, industrialization)
• Oversee site industrial plan aligned with MTP and perimeters
• Drive standardization programs for product and process per perimeter
• Participate in Technical Committee and validate process ECR
• Manage and validate industrialization projects with expert support
• Define program allocations during CAA and IAR processes
• Participate in IVC, PMC & PSC and Red Project Review and sourcing committees
• Define Master Site Industrial Performance budgets and targets (DL, Quality, Asset Utilization)
• Support daughter sites during ramp-up and process issues
