Valeo in Juarez, Mexico, is seeking a P0/P1 Process/Manufacturing Engineering PTM to drive industrial process standards and manage standardization across the Product Group. You will coordinate interfaces between PG/PL/RO/platform and other Process Expertise Centers, ensuring deployment of tools and equipment.

The role involves leading industrial projects, optimizing site performance, and collaborating with R&D to define process policies and global standards within a fast-paced automotive tech

Responsabilidades

• Define the standard process in line with TDP and validate the process suppliers panel, tools and equipment, for the Product Group and ensure their deployment
• Define with R&D P2 Process policy and projects
• Coordinate and push standardization program project for product and process world wide
• Participate to Standardization Committee and validate process standards
• Manage and validate industrialization projects, with experts support
• Define the program allocation to plants, during CAA and IAR process
• Master Site Industrial Performance and deliveries, DL, Quality and Asset Utilization.
