Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to identify and develop internal improvement opportunities using DMAIC and Process Excellence tools to reduce manufacturing costs and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Lead cross-functional teams, design and validate processes, manage specifications, and ensure safety, cost and environmental standards across production lines.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies, designs and develops the needed team.
• Performs material tests.
• Studies processes to implement improvements.
• Responsible for preparation and handling of specifications.
• Coordinates technicians and engineers in solving unusual problems.
• Designs and purchases equipment and tooling meeting manufacturing, safety and environmental requirements.
• Participates in cost-saving and capital projects.
• Ensures compliance with quality, safety, cost, service and regulatory requirements.
• Executes process and product validation activities.
• May supervise Engineers I and II.
• Provides timely feedback on performance and development plans.
