Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor Staff to provide direct support to manufacturing lines and ensure processes meet specifications and quality standards. You will lead production teams, drive Lean initiatives, and coordinate with support functions to optimize performance across the plant.

Formación

• Knowledge of Quality System requirements.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control.
• Good leadership and team working skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of EHS regulations.
• Basic knowledge of Mexican labor regulations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical expertise and leadership for daily manufacturing operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance metrics are met and waste/cycle times minimized.
• Support special projects, pilot operations, and process improvements.
• Assist in capital forecasting and equipment/spare parts budgets.
• Supervise production personnel and coordinate with support functions.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Drive Lean manufacturing efforts and maintain performance metrics.
• Execute data entry in ERP, Kronos, and other systems.
• Coordinate communication with manufacturing associates and HR on labor issues.
