Job summary

Flex, Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer (Mechanical Assembly) to lead process development for PCBA manufacturing. You will drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements while coordinating with the Process Engineer Manager and production teams.

Join a team focused on scalable assembly processes, capital equipment projects, and robust process control. Advanced English required, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly evolving segment.

Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Strong knowledge in NPI & Mass Production.
Experience in mechanical assembly / electronics processes.
Advanced English proficiency.
Technical knowledge: torque tools, PLCs, cooling systems, pneumatics, poka-yoke.

Responsibilities

Develop mechanical assembly processes focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements.
Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
Develop and take ownership of process control methodologies.
Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
