Citi is seeking a Field Sales Sr. Officer in Mexico to drive credit product awareness and sales within the assigned district. You will collaborate with Consumer Sales, lead initiatives, and build strong client relationships while meeting targets.

The role requires 5-8 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 75%. Retail experience is a plus; risk and compliance are emphasized in daily work.

Formación

• 5-8 years of relevant field sales experience.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with partner leadership and locations to promote credit awareness, implement credit initiatives, and increase credit sales.
• Analyze local/territory performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partner retail leadership and management in the territory.
• Attend partner meetings and represent Citi at conferences and industry events.
• Identify training opportunities and deliver associate training within the territory.
• Develop and assist strategic initiatives to maximize credit sales and applications.
• Provide service support to internal and external clients.
• Ensure excellent client experience and meet metrics.
