Citi in Mexico City is seeking a Field Sales Intmd Officer to drive customer service and meet sales targets for financial products within the assigned district, collaborating with the Consumer Sales team. You will develop sales plans, interact with management to align client needs, and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory procedures.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and securities licenses;

Formación

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Required licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and Series 24 or 9/10.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Extensive knowledge of financial and securities industry regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines or changes in expectations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve all monthly and annual new asset referral targets.
• Interact with managers and directors to ensure ongoing communication regarding client needs.
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned to sales goals and support activities.
• Ensure adherence to legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets.
• Monitor improvement of investment consultant activities including targets and compliance.
• Resolve client complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
