Your Role

• As a Power Platform & Generative AI Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent business solutions that combine Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI technologies.
• You will work as part of multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user‑centric digital solutions that help clients accelerate business transformation and innovation.
• At this role, you are expected to independently deliver well‑defined technical components, collaborate with senior engineers and architects, and continuously expand your expertise in Microsoft technologies, automation, integrations, and AI‑driven experiences.
• The ideal candidate will build intelligent copilots, automate complex business processes, integrate enterprise systems and data, and apply generative AI best practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.

Your Profile

• 3+YOE of Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio for building enterprise copilots and agent‑based solutions
• Proven experience working with Power Fx for complex logic and expressions
• Ability to design end‑to‑end solutions combining Copilot Studio + Power Automate + Dataverse
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise system integrations
• Experience building and managing custom connectors
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API‑based integrations)

Generative AI & Architecture Expertise

• Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational AI platforms
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, grounding, and retrieval techniques
• Strong understanding of hallucination mitigation, content safety, and response validation
• Experience monitoring, tuning, and optimizing LLM performance in production
