Ensambles Hyson seeks a Sr. Planner/Buyer for El Lago Molding to develop, implement, and oversee the injection molding production plan. You will align demand, inventory, and material flow while coordinating with engineering, quality, and sales.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering or business, 5+ years in materials management or planning, strong leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and proven ERP/PC skills to drive a smooth, cost-efficient supply chain.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in materials management, planning and/or operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
• Successful track record of achievements.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
• Skilled in PC applications and ERP systems experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Skillful sense of urgency; team oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and maintaining detailed production schedules, considering capacity, material availability, and lead times.
• Aligning production plans with customer demand, forecasts, and inventory levels.
• Monitoring and managing inventory levels to minimize excess or shortages.
• Working with engineering, quality control, and sales to ensure seamless execution of the plan.
• Identifying potential disruptions to the supply chain and developing contingency plans.
