Nexaminds in Mexico (remote) seeks a Senior QA Engineer specializing in Automation and Performance Testing to design, implement, and maintain scalable test frameworks. You will collaborate with developers, PMs, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality, performant software.

The role demands 5+ years in QA, strong TS/JS, experience with WebDriverIO, Playwright, K6, JMeter, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Agile, and mentoring juniors.

Formación

• 5+ years in QA with focus on automation and performance tooling.
• Experience designing frameworks and quality tooling or services.
• Proficiency with automation tools and performance testing strategies.
• Strong programming in TypeScript/JavaScript and CI/CD integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Write and execute automated scripts using SpeedScale, WebdriverIO, K6, or Gatling.
• Develop and execute performance testing strategies with JMeter, SpeedScale, or Gatling.
• Analyze results and collaborate with teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead test efforts, plan sprints, and mentor junior QA engineers.
