EX Squared LATAM is partnering with a leading global client in Mexico to hire a hands-on Manager, Cyber Assessment (Penetration Testing). The role focuses on independent execution, deep technical expertise, and clear communication of vulnerabilities to U.S.-based and local teams.

Located in Mexico, the position supports hybrid work with onsite attendance 2–3 days per week for Mexico City or Guadalajara and remote options for other Mexican cities.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on Penetration Testing as a core responsibility.
• Strong experience in manual testing of web apps, APIs, networks and cloud.
• Ability to identify, validate and exploit vulnerabilities with clear remediation guidance.
• Experience communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep penetration testing across applications, APIs, networks, infrastructure and cloud.
• Plan, execute and document findings with evidence, business impact and remediation steps.
• Support remediation through discussions, retesting, and collaboration with teams.
• Communicate results to stakeholders with clear, actionable guidance.
