EX Squared LATAM partners with clients to recruit top professionals for high-impact roles in Mexico. We seek a Technology Risk Data Analytics Manager (GRC) to lead IT risk management, governance, and analytics in a global setting.

The role offers a hybrid model (Mexico City or Guadalajara preferred) with on-site 2–3 days/week; remote options exist for other cities. Direct payroll in Mexico and English fluency required.

Formación

• Advanced English (C1) with regular US stakeholder interaction.
• Experience leading IT risk, GRC, and information security governance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and COBIT frameworks.
• Data governance and lifecycle management expertise.
• Experience with Big Data, analytics, or enterprise reporting environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT and information security risk management programs end-to-end.
• Drive risk assessments, mitigations, and executive-level insights.
• Define risk governance, KPIs, and KRIs aligned with business goals.
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control activities.
• Develop enterprise risk reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Leverage Databricks and reporting platforms for large-scale processing.
• Promote automated data pipelines and proactive risk management.
• Lead cross-functional transformation across geographies.
