You will own AOI programs, conduct IQC, in-process, and outgoing inspections, and ensure compliance with IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, and customer specs while supporting SMT/THT operations on the floor. Formación

• English required for technical documentation and audits.
• Experience with PCBA quality in electronics manufacturing.
• Strong reading of engineering drawings, BOMs, and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final PCBA inspections.
• Own and validate AOI programs for defect detection.
• Coordinate improvements based on AOI results and IPC/customer requirements.
• Support IQC, SMT/THT, FAI, and outgoing inspections.
• Assist audits and maintain quality records in ERP/MES.
