The candidate should have 2 years in manufacturing and a technical background in electronics or mechatronics, with familiarity in interpreting schematics and conducting basic maintenance.

Formación

• 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical degree or studies in electronics, electrical or mechatronics.
• Experience in SMT and TH assembly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electronic components on PCBAs using SMT and TH technologies.
• Maintain safe workstations and equipment.
• Calibrate, maintain, and setup production equipment.
• Provide technical support to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Analyze and resolve equipment issues.
• Develop procedures and fixtures for current and new products.
• Follow 5S and report defects.
• Operate inspection and testing equipment.
• Follow production schedules and report concerns.
