Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Architect to lead design, implementation, and governance of integration solutions in an Oracle Retail Cloud environment. The role emphasizes hands-on OIC expertise, MFCS and SIOCS integration, and collaboration with analysts, PMs, and developers to deliver scalable cloud-to-on-premise integrations.

The ideal candidate will drive integration strategy, ensure robust testing and monitoring, and promote best practices

Qualifications

10–15 years of IT experience.
Strong hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience delivering at least one/two OIC projects.
Experience creating/reviewing integration strategy for Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.
Experience integrating MFCS and SIOCS through OIC.
Knowledge of integration patterns: application-driven, scheduled, file-based, API-based, publish-subscribe.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, FTP, and message-based integrations.
Knowledge of OIC adapters: REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, ATP.
Knowledge of OIC components: mappings, lookups, connections, XSLT, agents, packages.
Experience with OIC administration: user and role management.
Experience with deployment, monitoring, alerting, audit processes.
Ability to lead technical discussions and work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Define, create, and review the integration strategy for Oracle Retail Cloud.
Design integration solutions connecting cloud and on-prem apps using OIC.
Lead technical discussions to gather integration requirements.
Review integration components designed by project teams.
Build, test, deploy, document, and monitor integrations as needed.
Support end-to-end integration testing and resolve issues.
Implement robust error handling, auditing, scheduling, monitoring, alerts.
Promote best practices, reusable components, and scalable frameworks.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, PMs, and tech teams through the lifecycle.
Evaluate approaches and communicate advantages, risks, and limitations.
