Job summary

Cardinal Health in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Business Performance Partner to drive operational excellence across GPSC, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and other modern tools.

You will lead project portfolios, mentor colleagues, and align with senior leadership to deliver cost reductions and productivity gains in manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency
• Strong statistical and analytical skills
• Black Belt certification preferred
• Experience with medium- to high-complexity operational improvement projects
• Extensive experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and OpEx methodologies
• Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
• PMI training/certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic objectives for OpEx within a business segment, unit, or function
• Manage project portfolios and track progress toward goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Apply world-class best practices and process improvement tools
• Assess current performance against business strategy for a site or value stream
• Interpret customer requirements and establish optimal process parameters
• Align with senior leadership to implement performance improvements
• Focus on Global Products and Supply Chain (GPSC) for manufacturing and engineering
